Please note that my bookkeeping packages start at $250 per month and require a 12-month contract. My quotes can go as high as $1800 depending on the volume of work.

If you’re completely new to bookkeeping software, this is where we will start. I will start a brand new bookkeeping file for you (that belongs to you!!) using Wave, Xero, or QuickBooks Online.
I like to help my clients choose the best option that fits their businesses & brains - because none of them are one-size-fits-all.
I setup the back-end settings & create a custom Chart of Accounts for your business that align with IRS-categories for easy tax-reporting.
This is a one-time $400 fee.

Using Wave, Xero, or QuickBooks, I provide bookkeeping services to keep your financial data up-to-date and accurate for peace of mind & tax-time ease!
My pricing starts at $250 per month with a 12-month contract, which includes monthly bookkeeping for up to 100 transactions per month & quarterly financial reports.
I also offer monthly reports, quarterly/monthly meetings, payroll services through Gusto, and budgeting, bill pay, and invoicing support.

No, you’ll pay for your bookkeeping software subscription! If you’re not sure which level to sign up for or which software to choose, I’m happy to help with that, but you’ll be in charge of paying for it.
