I’m so glad you are here, my friend! I’m Courtney, and like many entrepreneurs, am multipassionate.
I’m a mama, a wife, a daughter and sister, a dog mom to two huskies, and I live in Texas. I’m also a neurodivergent person and a business owner.
I started freelancing in 2020 as a virtual assistant, and in 2023, I officially launched a bookkeeping business.
My best work is more than just the books
My clients need a little bit more support, and that’s where I SHINE!
Sending invoices (and following up if they aren’t paid), budgeting, canceling those pesky subscriptions that quickly get out of hand, keeping up with quarterly taxes… I LOVE providing this support on top of bookkeeping!

She has a passion for helping entrepreneurs make numbers make sense.
When she’s not reviewing reconciliations, she’s reading or scrapbooking!
Cindi Haberkorn
Junior Bookkeeper
Cindi brings 10 years of hands-on accounting and accounts payable experience through the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
Based out of Indianapolis, IN, she loves spending time with her family, husband, and English Bulldog. You can usually find her spoiling her grandkids or shopping her heart out!
