Please note that my bookkeeping packages start at $250 per month and require a 12-month contract. My quotes can go as high as $1800 depending on the volume of work.

Service Descriptions
We handle your books for the entire month, including categorizing all transactions, reconciling all accounts, and reviewing reports for accuracy every month.
Full Monthly Bookkeeping
Once your books are done & reviewed, I will created & send your financial reports. The two reports we send each month are the Profit and Loss report and the Balance Sheet. These are uploaded into a shared client portal.
Financial Reports
During monthly bookkeeping, we will keep track of 1099 contractors to send you a list in January to file 1099s. You will also receive a discount on 1099 filings if you would like us to handle those.
1099 Contractor Tracking
When I email to let you know your books are done & your financial reports are uploaded to our shared portal, you will also receive a plain-English summary highlighting the important numbers (and what they mean).
Monthly/Quarterly Money Snapshot
We will meet at this frequency to go over your books, answer any questions, and provide any support for upcoming financial decisions.
Monthly/Quarterly Meetings
We will compare your annual budget by month to the actuals, showing differences & highlighting unexpected expenses.
Monthly Budget Review
Using Gusto, we will input employee hours & run payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
Payroll
Based on your filing frequency, we will handle sales tax filings and remit payment on your behalf.
Sales Tax
We will create an annual budget for you based on historical data & upcoming projected revenue & expenses.
Annual Budget
Using bills in bookkeeping software, we will remit payments for any upcoming non-automated bills & track unpaid bills.
Accounts Payable
Using invoices in bookkeeping software or CRM software, we will send invoices to your clients & follow-up with unpaid invoices. Includes tracking unpaid invoices for your monthly review.
Accounts Receivable
We will file your 1099s by the due date of January 31st. As a bookkeeping client, you will receive a discount from non-bookkeeping clients.
